Job description:

  • Handling technical requests from ASCs via Web, phone, e-mail
  • Technical issues solving
  • Preparing training materials and conducting training sessions for ASCs

  • Warehouse support (spare parts incoming inspection, inventory etc)

Requirements:

  • Higher education (specialized secondary) in the field of telecommunications or electronics
  • Experience in mobile phones, tablets repair (in ASC) – at least 3 years
  • Capable of working with measuring equipment (oscilloscope, multimeter, GSM-tester), soldering equipment (soldering iron, thermo-fan, soldering station)
  • Capable of working with technical documentation (incl. electrical circuit diagrams, time and frequency diagrams)
  • English - not less than pre-intermediate, written and spoken
  • Basic skills in working with Microsoft Office programs

Service Network Specialist

Job description:

  • Interaction with Authorized Service Centers (ASC)
  • Maintenance of high quality and quantitative indices in work of ASC when requested by consumers (Evaluation of customer loyalty based on repair results - NPS)
  • Maintenance of service contracts with ASC
  • Documentation flow control for actualization/ deauthorization process
  • Workshop information and contact details actualization (database)
  • Search of potential partners for authorization
  • Benchmarking and Audit of ASC
  • Quality control of work of ASC (KPI measure, penalties, monitoring, control).
  • Control of observance of service rules and regulations
  • Network scorecards creation, analysis, result reporting
  • Complain and incident management related with workshops and consumer
  • Timely processing of claims from dealers according to the existing contract
  • Timely providing answers to claims of consumers according to legislative norms
  • Interactive training for workshops about service processes
  • Monthly / weekly reports preparation with CC Operation Manager instructions
  • Interaction with responsible department members (planning, purchasing, warehouse, technical support, vendor management, call center, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Higher education

Logistics specialist

Position responsibilities:

  • Participates in the preparation and drafting of the weekly plan shipments of transportation, orders by the Company
  • Timely places orders for transportation by carriers nominated by the Company in accordance with the instructions of CS SCM Manager
  • Cooperation with logistics service providers for spare parts delivery to authorizes service centers
  • Cooperation with logistics service providers for spare parts delivery from authorizes service centers to TPV CIS and refurbishment centers
  • Assist authorized service centres as well as local business partners with problem solving related to logistic
  • Manual courier call in out of the IT system
  • Logistic waybills preparation on logistic service provider on its WEB site
  • Export documents preparation for international shipments
  • Coordination of LLC “TPV CIS” warehouse and customs brokers activity in regard to import and export shipments
  • Daily logistic registers preparation for logistic service provider
  • Supervision on return package logistic flow
  • Control and tracking of all material shipments
  • Shipment tracking, prepare reports of the shipping results. Updating daily shipping schedule
  • Interaction with responsible department members (planning, purchasing, warehouse, technical support, network management, call centre) to ensure proper filing of cover documents for cargo receipt or shipment
  • Provide recommendations on work process with suppliers and other departments of LLC “TPV CIS”
  • Commercial and shipping documents check
  • Modification of shipment schedule in the system
  • Logistic related announcement for service centres on TPV CIS service department WEB site preparation and publishing
  • Standard operation procedures related to logistic for authorized service centres preparation
  • Creation and maintenance master data in 1C system of authorized service centres and logistic companies
  • Judge complaints about damaged material during transportation from authorized service centre
  • Creation and submission complaints to logistic service provider or insurance company
  • Deployment and maintenance logistic tariffs in 1C system
  • Monthly/weekly reports preparation with CC SCM Manager instructions

Requirements:

  • Higher education
  • Experience in similar position – at least 3 years
  • Knowledge of legislative and normative regulations of internal Russian and international cargo transportation and basic legislative principles of customs processing.
  • Regulations on weight payment, forms of material stimulation.
  • Regulations and specifications of internal cargo transportation within Russia.
  • Regulations and specifications of cargo transportation in the countries of the Customs Union.
  • Knowledge of regulations and specifications of international cargo transportation management.
  • Basic regulations and features of warehouse processing.
  • Common rules of interaction with suppliers for import & export realization, rules of interaction with warehouse for temporary cargo storage.
  • Rules of internal Russian and international transport document execution.
  • Incoterms 2010.
  • English language skills including knowledge of professional transport logistics and purchasing terminology.

Planning and Purchasing specialist

Position responsibilities:

  • Material inventory level control in 1C ERP system in order to guarantee material availability for authorized service centers
  • Timely initial, replenishment and end of life orders release and estimated date of arrival control
  • Material availability check at supplier side
  • Timely purchase order release to domestic and international suppliers
  • Complaint creation for defective material to the supplier
  • Proper material delivery method selection taken under consideration pipeline lead time, customer orders satisfaction and cost effectiveness
  • Monitor material turnover at in house warehouse
  • Monthly/weekly reports preparation in accordance with CC SCM Manager instructions
  • Repair priority setup for material refurbishment centers in accordance with customer needs
  • Cooperate with domestic suppliers and logistic department for timely material shipment preparation
  • Verification of planning factors based on repair/claim statistics from refurbishment and repair centers
  • Support authorized service centers with urgent material availability requests
  • Support authorized service centers with master data for new material creation requests
  • Inbound invoices upload and maintenance in 1C system
  • Inventory control at refurbishment and authorized service centers side as well as in house warehouse
  • Verify warranty condition of the material and claim to business partners
  • Support call center with claim approval or rejection due to lack of material availability
  • Communicate and support in house warehouse staff with material movement and other inventory related issues
  • Communicate with technical support department for timely bill of material creation as well as material technical issues clarification
  • Support financial department during monthly closure
  • Supervision on NSE processes
  • Participate in IT systems development

Requirements:

  • Higher education.
  • Experience in similar position – at least 2 years.
  • Office - Excel - Pivot table, v-lookups, basic formulas, specifically.
  • MRP/ERP knowledge.
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Management.
  • Bachelor’s degree technical or business related preferred.
  • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to purchasing.
  • English language skills including knowledge of professional transport logistics and purchasing terminology.
