China E-Brand Expo-2015 (CEBE-2015), co-hosted by CIETC(Center for International Economic & Technological Cooperation, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China) and CCPIT(China Council for the Promotion of International Trade), was successfully held in Moscow from 11th to 15th, May. Companies of home appliance, smart TV, kitchen appliance, lighting appliance and software took part in the exhibition, including Changhong, TCL, Haier, Hisense, Skyworth and other well-known Chinese companies. TPVC, as the first Chinese contract manufacturer of electronics in Russia, also attended the exhibition, aiming to open the gate to Russia for Chinese electronic enterprises.

In 2015, suffering from Russia’s economic crisis caused by the sanction from America and European countries, lots of Russian companies turned to China to search for their ways out. As the rapid development of Chinese economy, Chinese product no longer means poor quality. Instead, its electronic products and home appliance have reached the world-class standards. In the exhibition, we discussed with many Chinese companies such as Changhong, TCL, Hisense, Haier, Skyworth about the win-win cooperation and also received strong support from Mr. Gong Xiaofen, Director of CIETC and Mrs. Bai Weimin, Vice Chairman of CVIA (China Video Industry Association).

After the Expo, companies from Shunde Chamber of Commerce and delegations which led by Xiu Juan from CIETC and Bai Weimin from CVIA came to visit TPVC on 16th and 18th May respectively. TPVC GM, Blazej Reiss introduced the factory’s development since its foundation in 2011 and described the prospect of cooperation with Chinese home appliance companies as below:

1. OEM Manufacturing: TPVC can require suppliers to offer materials according to customer requirements and use technical process developed by TPV for standard production, manage production process through SFIS system and perform strict function test, product packing and outgoing inspection.
2. Logistics service: TPVC has obtained “Authorized Economic Operator” in Russia and won the permission of “Green Channel” in October 2013. So we can offer the best logistics solutions to Chinese companies and help to deal with customs clearance inside Russia. In addition, we also provide modern storage service according to product package and storage conditions and manage productive materials by ERP (SAP) system.
3. After-sale service: TPVC can provide reverse logistics service to distribute electronic parts brought from abroad to after-sale service station.

During the visit, the visitors affirmed TPVC’s performance in automation, quality assurance and storage management. Chairman Bai from CVIA said that as the only Chinese contract manufacturer of electronics products in Russia, TPVC can totally serve as a platform for Chinese enterprises to bring more Chinese Appliance brands to Russia. He also promised to discuss with members of CVIA the further cooperation with TPVC when he comes back to China. Entrepreneurs from Shunde Chamber also said that the biggest trouble for Shunde-«the Capital of Home Appliance in China» to spread excellent products to Russia market would be logistics, customs clearance and after-sale service. It is believed that we would enjoy a quite promising cooperation.

At last, Blazej Reiss said TPVC has matured gradually after four years of development and would like to cooperate with more Chinese enterprises by helping them to avoid the mistakes TPVC had made before. Especially under the terrible economic crisis, Chinese enterprises should minimize the cost and develop the Russia market through joint efforts.
